Detailed Product Description
Every year we start production at March, and end until August. Due to different seasons and different nutrition contents, we will be able to produce and serve the different and excellent items:
March to April:
We can produce IQF boiled sea scallops with Roe, mainly sells to Japanese markets;
(As from the season May the yesso scallop has been spawning and have to be produced with only adductors)
July to August:
we can produce IQF Boiled sea scallops roe off, mainly sells to Japanese markets.
(This period the new season yesso scallop comes available, although sizes are a bit smaller than prior season. So the second round of processing begins - frozen raw adductor goes to US and frozen Boiled one goes to Japanese markets)
